Our company, RGCX Trading Corporation was formed in 2010 and up until Jan 2012 its services were limited to corporate clients and businesses in providing them with direct market access (DMA) and sales trader assisted dealings in currencies and featuring an exchange platform*. Through the years of close end user services, we were able to fulfill many customized trading solutions and meet the needs of various fund managers. By the merging of several companies and foundations aiming to create more advantageous and productive business opportunities by joining efforts, experience and the existing resources. A soon to be trademark Rapid Gold & Currency Exchange (RGCX) was launched into the public and today here we are.
The company provides first class financial and investment services for individuals and corporate bodies from over 20 countries worldwide. Its customers include banks, insurance companies, investment funds, credit unions and private individuals looking for effective ways and a reliable company for trading and positioning their investments through.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Charls Webb obtained his Master’s Degree coursework in International Economics and BSc in Business Administration and Economics, from the San Jose State University, USA. He proceeded to join the Offshore Financial Services Industry in 1999, being responsible for the entire management and control of 5 International Private Trusts and associated Panamanian Private Interest Foundations.
He solely conducted the transfer of all 5 Trusts, to a new jurisdiction, the Republica de Panama, including all bank accounts, brokerage accounts and other asset holding structures. Upon total completion of the relocation to Panama, each of the 5 Trusts were introduced to and proceeded to establish and benefit from 5 Panamanian Private Interest Foundations. , which are still in operation as of today.
In January 2011, he joined RGCX Trading Corporation; He was responsible for the development, finance, legal and tax issues of the Panama based group of companies. Mr. Charls Webb is responsible for the establishment and optimization of the day-to-day operations and the effective management of the Company, as well as, assisting in the focus and direction of RGCX Trading Corporation and where it is today and where it will be tomorrow.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Toms Jefferson holds a BSc in Business Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics.
Mr. Toms Jefferson joined the Financial Services Industry in 1999 as an Investment Analyst and later on as a Corporate Finance Consultant. He participated in several Initial and Secondary Public Offerings and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A’s). He has been trading in the foreign exchange, equities and commodity markets since 2005. In 2011 he moved to Panama to work as a Forex Trader in the successful private Investment company, heading up the proprietary trading desk. Mr Toms Jefferson is responsible for the overall strategic management and new business development of the Company.

For our Meta 4 platform trading, we have 5 Dedicated Servers with Dedicated Backup Servers for our client trading activity. Nothing is left to chance.
Our primary data centre is at the heart of the financial network with super-high-speed interconnect times to many of the major liquidity providers, known in todays’ market place.
Our MT4 Bridge technology is second to none with unbelievable performance from a transaction throughput and execution time.
ALL IN ALL THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE ADDED TO THIS SETUP THAT
COULD MAKE ANY PERFORMANCE DIFFERENCE.
From a robustness perspective we have a FULL redundancy setup in a US data centre thus protecting us from loss of service.
Metaquotes themselves built into the MT4 server suite the ability to replicate the primary live server to a redundant backup server in real time. However, our experience is that this may not be totally ‘real time’. We have surpassed that and now have disk sector by sector mirroring for 100% bit by bit and byte by byte data replication. Should we lose our live server the disaster recovery server in the US will be a perfect replication.
This may all sound fine and dandy and just seems like bluster on our behalf. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Without these two elements then the design is flawed.
We aren’t talking about a shoestring budget broker we are talking about a super well financed institution. They were lucky. Operating without a backup is just negligent in our opinion. You’d think that this is all defacto and that everyone has the same thing. Well, the example above proves that false.
Ask your broker what their disaster recovery plan is.
Ask them whether they have back up servers.
Ask them how out of date their backup servers are.
Ask them where their backup servers are.
They certainly better have backup servers and those servers had certainly better be in 100% synchronicity with the live server and their backup server certainly needs to be in a completely separate data centre and preferably Country.
Ask the questions and see what answers you get. If you don’t get definitive explicit answers then I guess that shows the skill set and knowledge base of the broker.
AT ALL COSTS, we as traders need to protect ourselves. To use yet another quote, ‘If it’s not written down then it never happened’.

Equity calculation
Equity value in the trading terminal expresses a current trading account status. The index is calculated the following way:
Equity = Balance + Floating profit/floating loss + credit, where:
Balance is total financial result of all completed trades and balance transactions (except credits) conducted on a trading account.
Floating profit/loss is unrecorded profit/loss of all the opened positions, calculated at the current instrument prices.
Credit – a sum of credit deposit/write off operations, conducted on a client’s trading account.

Point – a minimum value of a currency exchange rate change.
One point value calculation formula:
Point value = minimum change of a currency pair price * position volume
Exchange rates for pairs EURUSD_, GBPUSD_, USDCHF_, etc. have 4 decimal digits. It means, minimum exchange rate change for these instruments amounts for 0.0001 in a quotation currency. Exchange rate for USDJPY_ is written with 2 decimal digits, so, minimum price change equals 0.01 in a quotation currency.
